Custom Albums range from commissioned works that Captured Moments creates by request of one of her customers, to an array of special, one-of-a-kind Projects. These projects can be highly personalized, designed as a kit or completed as a special order, custom design.
We have developed a process for commissioning a custom order that begins with customer contact, either by telephone or e-mail communication. After details are discussed and a custom order design is established, an agreed upon deposit is required to initiate the production. Communication throughout the project continues, as necessary, to ensure an accurate interpretation of the clients desired result of the project. We have established pricing guidelines, but every project is different and requires individual pricing consideration.
