- Shipping and Delivery
- Captured Moments is happy to announce that for all orders, shipping is included. No additional fees will be added for shipping at time of check-out unless your order is shipped out of the country (USA) Monthly Kit Terrific Klub kits are shipped Priority Mail.
- Monthly Kit Terrific Klub kits are shipped out on the Monday following the 4th Thursday of the month. Most orders will meet a minimum weight of 10 ounces and will be shipped via Priority Mail. Orders that weigh less than 10 ounces and can be shipped in a flat mailer (not a box) will ship via 1st Class Mail.
- All orders (except monthly kits) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
- Privacy and Security
- Captured Moments takes your privacy very seriously. Captured Moments does not disclose any personal information collected from it’s web application to any other sources. Your personal information as well as all payment information you provide is used solely for the purpose of this website and it’s business. Any information you provide is secure and protect
- Refunds and Exchanges
- Refund/Exchange for damaged merchandise from shipping: If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in shipping, contact us immediately via e-mail or phone and we will re-send the item or items that were damaged. Depending on the item damaged, we may make arrangements to have the damaged item returned, at our cost.
- Refund/Exchange for merchandise that is damaged from the manufacturer: If you receive a kit or product that contains a pre-packaged item and the item is discovered to be damaged after opening, contact us immediately via e-mail or phone and we will resend the item that is damaged. These items can ultimately be charged back to our supplier as damaged so we will make arrangements to have the item returned to us, at our cost.
- Refund/Exchange for merchandise that is missing from a kit: Hopefully, this will never happen, but, just in case, if you receive a kit and it is missing an item, contact us immediately via e-mail or phone. We will immediately send the missing item out to you, at our cost.
- Refund for merchandise that is not what you expected it to be: If you receive merchandise and it is not what you expected, contact us via e-mail or phone to discuss either a refund or exchange. If we are unable to satisfy you with an alternate product, will grant a refund for the merchandise only.
- Cancellation Policy for Kit Terrific Klub Membership: If you decide that you would like to cancel your Kit Terrific Klub membership, contact us before the 15th of the month and let us know. Contacting us after the 15th of the month will cancel your membership in the following month. The Kit Terrific Klub 6 month membership has a minimum 3 month commitment, so canceling your membership before 3 months have expired may result in your credit card being charged through the first three months. We will confirm your cancellation with an e-mail or phone call.
- Cancellation of a single transaction after order has been submitted: If you decide that you need to cancel an order altogether, contact us via e-mail or by phone as soon as possible. We will make every attempt to stop shipment and credit your credit card account in full. Captured Moments will ship orders within 48 hours.
