June's Crop with Captured Moments

"May Flowers"

Saturday, June 1st, 2013 @ 9am until 10pm ($65)

This crop, originally scheduled over Memorial Day weekend, in error, is now set for Saturday, June 1st. Since the Cornell Cooperative Extension has beautiful flower gardens, we decided to keep the "May Flowers" theme, even though the crop is now being held in June! Our theme gives us a focus and direction for food, prizes and projects for the day. Of course our assigned theme has nothing to do with what you plan to do at the crop. You bring along all your scrap supplies and work on whatever you wish! We provide breakfast (or brunch), lunch and dinner as well as snacks, cold and hot beverages all day and dessert. Goodie bags, prizes, make & takes and lots of fun project ideas are a standard at all our scrapbook events.

This crop will be at the The Cornell Cooperative Extension @ 24 Martin Road, Voorheesville, NY 12189.

This crop will also features a variety of class project kits (One class kit free with registration!).

This Crop will also feature the Annual "Scrap" Yard Sale Event on location between 10am-3pm!

We are now offering a 1/2 Day AM and a 1/2 Day PM Option for croppers who cannot commit to a full day event. For more information about the 1/2 Day option, Click Here. The 1/2 Day AM and PM options have been added to the Registration dropdown menu!

Annual "Scrap" Yard Sale Event

Saturday, June 1st, 2013 @ 10am-3pm

Captured Moments will host our 4th annual "Scrap" Yard Sale! Join us as a seller or as a buyer (or both!) We will combine this event with our June 1st 13 hour Crop Event and make it a win-win for all! The event will be held at the Cornell Cooperative Extension in Voorheesville, NY (24 Martin Road, Voorheesville, Ny 12189). The "Scrap" Yard Event will run between 10am-3pm only.

This has been a very successful event in the past with fun exchanges, great bargains and lots of laughter. If you would like to reserve table space, let us know by using this RSVP link. You can also call (518) 356-7985 and leave a message in our voice mailbox. We will email you detailed information as we get closer to the event.

The Croppers attending the June 1st crop event can purchase table space at $10/4 foot section and will have table space set-up near their cropping location. Table mates can share selling space or go it alone. Croppers that are selling are responsible for manning their own selling table. If you are a registered June 1st "Mayflowers" cropper, let us know if you would like selling space and we will work it into our set-up that day!

Non-croppers can also reserve selling table space. Non-croppers will set up outside the cropping room (still indoors) and can reserve space at $15/4 foot or $20/8 foot of table space. Lunch is available to non-cropping sellers for $5.

This yard sale is held indoors and is advertised in the local papers, bringing many new customers! There is plenty of parking too.
